Legislative Education Advocacy Day (LEAD)
Legislative Education Advocacy Day (LEAD) is an annual event that educates social work students and professionals about legislative issues, explains how to advocate for policy changes, and provides opportunities to meet with lawmakers to support legislation benefiting the social work profession and the people they serve.
LEAD 2026 is February 2 - 3 in Tallahassee, FL. This year will include sponsors and community partners, along with informative breakout training sessions offering up to 5 CEs.
