Join the Lake/Sumter unit for a workshop focusing on the major role mental health has in aging healthy! Participants will identify the "Four Horsemen" of morbidity and morality, and understand the evidence-based lifestyle factors that can reduce health risks. There will also be discussion on the importance of sleep to the lifespan.
