*NASW-FL and the Central Unit present "Impact of Domestic Violence in Children: Beyond Behaviors" with Fransheska Cardona Leon, LCSW. The schedule is: 6:30 pm — 8:00 pm (ET).  

Join the Central unit for an informative session on the dynamics of Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and its profound impact on children, sponsored by the Florida Department of Children and Families and Help Now. We will define key terms, explore risk factors, and examine the mechanics of power and control. Our goal is to move beyond behavioral observations to help participants understand the deeper psychological and developmental effects of domestic violence on children.
