When concerns about workplace violence enter clinical practice, clinicians may be called upon to recognize warning signs, assess risk, navigate ethical and legal responsibilities, and determine an appropriate response.
Join this workshop for a practical training covering behavioral warning signs, risk assessment, ethical and legal considerations, de-escalation strategies, and post-incident support. Participants will gain tools for responding to workplace-related risk while maintaining appropriate clinical roles and professional boundaries.
